We collect information you provide directly when registering as an investor or partner, including your name, email address, organisation, and investor type. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, search queries, and interaction logs to improve our AI recommendation engine.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and improve BizPortal services, personalise investment opportunity recommendations, verify partner credibility, comply with applicable Indonesian laws and BKPM regulations, and communicate platform updates relevant to your investment activity.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with government bodies including BKPM when required by law, with verified third-party due diligence providers (OJK, credit bureaus) solely for partner vetting, and with cloud infrastructure providers operating under data processing agreements.
4. Data Security
BizPortal applies security-by-default practices: encrypted data in transit (TLS 1.3), encrypted data at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. As an investment-grade platform serving government-aligned data, security is non-negotiable.
