1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BizPortal Indonesia (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including investors, business partners, and BKPM-authorised agents.
2. Platform Purpose
BizPortal provides AI-powered investment intelligence to connect global investors with Indonesian investment opportunities. The Platform offers opportunity discovery, regional ratings, business credibility scores, and partner due diligence tools. All information is provided for reference purposes and does not constitute financial advice.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, not misuse the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, and comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations including those governing foreign investment (UUPM No. 25/2007).
4. Intellectual Property
All AI models, ratings methodologies, scoring algorithms, and Platform content are the intellectual property of BizPortal Indonesia. Data sourced from BKPM, OJK, KPK, Kemnaker, and other government agencies remains the property of the respective agencies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is.” AI-generated ratings and scores are informational tools and do not guarantee investment outcomes. BizPortal makes no warranty that data is complete, error-free, or current at the time of access. Users are responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before making investment decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
BizPortal Indonesia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, investment decisions made based on Platform data, or service interruptions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan).
